Youth 5v5 is a non-padded linemen focus tournament that gives linemen a chance to work on their blocking, block destruction techniques, strength, and athleticism. The tournament consist of 4 quarters that offer four different competitions drills for the linemen.

🏆 FOUR QUARTERS OF WAR:
⚡ 1st Quarter – Strength Challenge: 60-minute push-up test OR med ball power test. Who has the upper body strength to outlast the grind?
💪 2nd Quarter – Leverage Battle: 1v1 Tug-of-War & Board Drills. Low man wins! Who can control the trenches?
🔥 3rd Quarter – Agility Test: L-Cone Drill & 5-10-5 Shuttle. Big men with fast feet dominate!
